Refund & Return Policy

Overview & Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the exact condition you received it: unused, uninstalled, in original condition, with tags, and inside all original manufacturer packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at julian@asylummodshop.com with your order number and photo/video proof of the item's condition.

  2. If your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and detailed instructions.

  3. Do not return items directly to the manufacturer or send packages back without prior authorization. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees & Restocking

  • Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (e.g., buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size or spec), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any original shipping fees incurred.

  • Store Fault / Defect: If the return is due to our error, shipping damage, or a verified product defect, we will provide a pre-paid return label.

Damages, Defective Goods & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, email julian@asylummodshop.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the package and item so we can immediately arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

  • Clearance, final sale items, or gift cards.

  • Custom, special-order, or personalized products.

  • Electrical components, installed parts, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids.

Exchanges

To secure the replacement item quickly, complete an authorized return for your original purchase. Once the return is accepted, place a new order online separately.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, buyers have the legal right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must remain unused and in original packaging.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are credited automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your banking institution to post the funds. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us directly.

Shipping Policy (Cross-Border & Dropshipping)

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays). You will receive a tracking confirmation email as soon as your order dispatches from our partner facilities.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (Cross-Border Shipments)

  • DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): International orders (including items originating outside your destination country) may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or brokerage fees levied by local customs agencies upon arrival.

  • Customer Responsibility: All applicable customs tariffs and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Package Tracking & Delivery Issues

If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, check with housemates or neighbors before contacting us. For packages lost in transit or damaged upon arrival, notify us at julian@asylummodshop.com to initiate a freight claim or request replacement dispatch.
