Billet Aluminum Intake Manifold // Polaris Matryx Boost

The Billet Intake Manifold is a performance and durability upgrade for 2022– 2025 Polaris Patriot Boost models. It replaces the failure-prone stock plastic intake to eliminate boost leaks and uses a design that ensures even airflow to prevent reed cracking. Note: Technical Note: This upgrade is compatible only with 2022–2025 models and will not work on 2026 machines. Installation is an in-depth process requiring the removal of the fuel tank, secondary clutch, and throttle bodies.
